Currently, to ensure the highest quality of service and secure delivery of our artwork, we only deliver within Rawalpindi and Islamabad. We plan to expand nationwide soon.
Custom commissions typically take 2-3 weeks from the time the design is finalized and payment is processed. The painting process is slow and requires multiple layers and curing time.
Yes! We accept drop-offs in Rawalpindi. If you prefer to provide your own items, the cost of the base product will be deducted from your final quote.
The artwork is sealed with professional finishers making it water-resistant and scratch-resistant. However, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. Do not put them in a washing machine or use harsh chemicals on the painted areas.
Because each piece is hand-painted and customized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We ensure you are happy with the digital sketch before any painting begins.
