Shipping Timelines

Because every custom sneakers order, tote bag, and canvas is hand-painted and sealed, processing takes time:

• **Processing/Creation Time:** 2 to 3 weeks once design concept is finalized and approved.
• **Local Delivery transit:** 1 to 2 business days once the final item is cured and packaged.

We will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate a convenient delivery day and time.

Each item from Rangeen Qadam is fully customized and hand-painted bespoke to your size, theme, and aesthetic specifications. For this reason, **we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges**.

Quality and Approval Guarantee

To make sure you get exactly what you want:

1. We develop a digital draft/sketch of your request based on the details shared.
2. We share this draft with you on WhatsApp for approval.
3. Painting only begins once you have reviewed the mockups and given your explicit approval.
